Your next milestone is the Target Production Week (TPW). The factory is usually pretty good at getting them off the line on that date. After that you have a 3-8 week wait for transportation. Consider yourself lucky. I waited nine months just to get the allocation you got in one.
The front CF splitter is incredibly fragile. Tapout sells a replacement that is matched but is a complete piece of fiberglass instead of the flimsy plastic that comes from the factory.
Allocations are based on the volume of that car the dealer does. If you've picked a high volume dealer the wait could be short. Others, like me, waited close to five months just for the allocation. It's called the goat rodeo for a reason sadly.
GM does almost everything possible to dissuade you...
In my humble opinion, Apex makes the best wheels for Blackwings and they have hands down the best support. They can get you into a direct replacement set that fits the stock tires or they have the experience to get you into whatever type of fitment/look you're going for.
Make sure they do a patch not just a plug. Even better if they do both.
Pretty sure the 4BW doesn't have run flats and it should have come with its own pump in the trunk where you'd expect a spare to be.
This may be a situation where the 'older' tech in the 4BW (and possibly pre-facelift 5BW?) is better. My 4BW came with an SD card filled with US map data installed in the center console. The onboard nav continued to work even as I drove through the most remote parts of West Virginia to include...
Once you get the cams and pumps upgraded then you have to worry about the injectors looking at port+direct injection. The ZR1 comes from the factory now with port+direct injection.
There's a lot of signals that point to at least a slowing of their plans to go 100% EV:

All the news articles I linked were written before the EV mandate and subsidies were changed so the outlook looks even more...
Funny how you can just change out the air box lid and get 50-70hp to the wheels.

Hasn't happened to me but whenever folks report the infotainment is acting up one of the first things to troubleshoot is disconnect the battery for a bit so it does a full reboot. May be worth a shot before going round and round with the dealer.
I think the warranty would be better but one other thing you can do with the points if you have your loan through GM is to just apply them to the loan. Another option to consider even though the warranty seems like a far better option.
Thanks for the update. The one thing I saw some attribute this problem to was people running with items plugged into the ODB port.
Did you have something running on your ODB port when it happened to you?
Ok for the next poor bastard that has tried wedging, yanking, pulling, etc. There isn't a clip at the top edge, it's a bit down on either side and you just have to pretend you're going to break it. It takes almost that much force. If you've tried to pull the cover off the driver side fuse box...
Resurrecting this thread in the hopes someone can give a bit better detail in how you pry apart the smaller plastic piece from the larger one on the CT4. I've pulled a ton on the upper right corner of the smaller piece, but it feels like I'm going to break something so I stopped. Attempts to...
