Based on what I've read online, it appears the ECU will self-adjust. The question I have is, until what point? Hopefully soon, someone will crack the code so tuning can be performed with data logs....

I've tinted all my cars over the last 35+ years (if you look at the car commercials you will also see they do this for aesthetic purposes just like me.). On my BW I did 35% on front doors (NY Law) and 20% on rear doors and back glass, never have done windshield on any of my cars.

After reading all these crack windshield issues I thinks it's probably a good idea to get my glass protected, aka PPF type of product, I understand they work okay.

Mine was built in August, delivered in November, been around the car a half dozen times and haven't seen anything. Detailer that did the PPF said they haven't seen a GM car in this good of condition.
