Update, dealer just swapped my taillight. Emailed pictures, they ordered a new one without question. Waited at the dealer and it only took them 1hr to swap. New one is full of swirls as to be expected for a "factory finish", but looks clear so all good. Call your dealer if you have a similar issue.
when in doubt, start hulk smashing the headliner. for me, a clip on the headliner near the rear windshield on the right was not pressed in. these cars were designed with a very muted exhaust in mind. I feel like annoying nvh will continue as it ages and clips loosen and start to rattle. I think...
Yeah I quickly wrapped mine with a sheet of vvivid and hand cut without pulling the lights and it was hot garbage. Never got around to popping the lights off so for $15 I'll gladly throw these on and if they bug my inner OCD, I'll eventually then pull the lights and properly wrap them. Just...
STOP SHOWING ME GOOD OPTIONS!!!! I WANT THE CHEAP THINGS FOR THE CHEAP ME!!!! ....you didn't happen to scratch and dent that wing before sending it back? no chance I could pickup a discounted open box unit from them right? 😂
I've tried it a few more times with various attempts at getting the signal to register and no success yet. It's still tiling the output signal but the digitizer is working and registering touches at the correct spots. The boards are different sizes too and I couldn't flex the ribbon cables...
wait are you saying you tried to put the carbon fiber spoiler over the factory black one or you removed the factory blackwing spoiler and the carbon fiber spoiler did not fit on the trunk panel? any photos of the issues? Thanks for the input and welcome to the forums
you think thats purple? my old ATS was Opulent Blue Metallic and oh man did I love that purple color. Cadillac brought that color back this year for the SUVs but if it made its way over to the blackwings, I would honestly be looking to trade mine in for a new one
Shit I just checked and my driver's side taillight has it as well. I wonder if this is the adhesive that ran before uv curing as I have never seen any condensation and it was just washed yesterday. Regardless, i can see it easily when looking for it and Im going to try and get over to the...

Took advantage of t shirt weather in PA and gave her a nice scrub down and applied a ceramic topper to keep the ceramic coat in good condition. The blue really pops when clean. I know we're all biased, but damn how could anyone skip over this color and choose a silver or grey??
Given the current market constraints, most vendors are subjecting their badges to fair market adjustments. I am pleased to offer you a blackwing badge for a low price of $999*, which includes installation**!

Unicorn dust? Is that what they used to call the special white powder that gives you superpowers? Nowadays us millennials just call it cocaine and dive right in
To be fair, I hear that the decal has hints of gold leaf in it so totally justified! Yep nice dense gold to add weight and give the track edition added uh.....momentum?
Welcome from a fellow engineer that works in Colmar! There's a few of us in the area, keep in touch as I'm sure we will be doing some meetups in the spring
Yep agree. Tech bronzess are great for the first 5 miles after a sponge bath and then they fade to black from brake dust. This week I'll be popping them off and ceramic coating the wheels and calipers to hopefully make cleanup easier in the future and to hopefully make the blue a bit brighter. I...
