The photo is misleading bc there is no gap. The hub part of the spacer is beveled so it gives the appearance of not hugging the hub lip but it does.

Looks like the listing changed as when I took into my Purchase History, it also lists the 12mm spacers. I got the 6mm spacers.

You need the blacked out side marker lights to complete the look!

Yep, they (SM) did. Had the Track Alignment & DOT4 brake fluid as the only mods.

This is me at VIR in the 5BW. Wasn't even pushing it hard & also braking way early at the end of the back straight. No brake fade at all even with using the brakes too much per lap -- But you be you & if changing to a more aggressive brake pad gives you more confidence at the track, then do it.

Welcome to the club! RE Track: You only need to change the brake fluid. The OEM brake pads are up to track abuse. Unlike many other "performance" vehicles, the 5BW is track-ready straight out of the box (except the brake fluid). I've had mine twice at Carolina Motorsports Park (eats brake pads)...
