What did you do to your Blackwing today?

Did the 500 miles oil change this weekend....holy crap that filter was on there. I threw everything I had at it, only solution that worked was a run up to harbor freight for these holt pliers... I won the battle eventually....

    How To: Remove Front Reflector/Indicator

I'm having some issues removing the bumper. Got the 7mm screw out but the bumper still seems pretty attached. I feel like if I pull harder I'm gonna break something. Any advice?

    Pops out of 1st gear

My car has 550 miles and does this with reverse mostly. Usually, I think it's just because I am not passionate enough when I put it in gear lol. I am sure it's just that, maybe move your seat up a fraction of an inch, that way your muscle memory doesn't need to adjust but you will be putting it...

New tire setup or tires for my ct4-v Blackwing for the track

I agree with BimmerFan, you couldn't really ask for a better set up with the stock config, minus getting lighter wheels, which you have already done. I'd take the APEX wheels and throw the stock tires on them and call it a day. Also, do theyse tires/wheels now stick our past the fender? Just...

    Custom fabricated exhaust

I had an AWE touring exhaust on my 2018 S4. Made it sound like a $150,000 fine-ly crafted v8. it was awesome.

Just got an answer back from AWE. See attached. Sounds hopeful.

    Custom fabricated exhaust

I'd bring my CT4 V BW as well, I'd pay allllll the moneys for an AWE exhaust on this thing.

Also depends on the soap used. I tend to see that SiO2 infused soap unless you use waaaaaay too much product just doesn't produce thick foam like some other soaps do. I tend to, if the paint is relatively clean and it's just a maintenance wash, use an SiO2 soap (like pictured in my post above)...

Very odd, very specific issue with break in period (more of a PSA for anyone with less than 500 miles)

I don't think he missed it, I think he is just saying in his opinion it's not as necessary to adhere to the 4k RPM limit after 500 miles, as long as you aren't bring it to the track and bouncing off rev limiter. I plan after 500 miles to do a full RPM pull every once in a while, if the engine is...

How much oil to add when it’s on the bottom mark of the dipstick for the 4 BW?

The way I interpret the cross hatch aeras is that they are your upper and lower "limits" of oil. As in if your oil falls in either cross hatch area, (high or low) that it is OK but on the verge/limit of being too high or too low. And the non-hatch areas are (normal). So, oil is allowed to be 6.5...

    Shitty buttons

Is it like, crunchy? I actually commented to my wife last night how these buttons feel on par with my Audi, which was praised for being a very good quality interior. IMO with these cars they prioritized what matters, performance, and luxury in the areas that matter (seats, steering wheel, center...

Very odd, very specific issue with break in period (more of a PSA for anyone with less than 500 miles)

Fully got the message with stick wiggling guys lol 10-4. I don't think this is a money shift as the engine never actually rev'd up that high. it just cut out. But yes maybe if it didn't it would of. @SynisterAZ I am starting to notice that, where just being in that gate will blip it, not going...

Very odd, very specific issue with break in period (more of a PSA for anyone with less than 500 miles)

Howdy y'all So, just a PSA. Picked up my 2024 CT4-V B.W. on Friday in Delaware and drove it back to Long Island. I have watched so many reviews and read so many posts on this forum, I'd figure I knew everything about this car and was actually kind of afraid of it not impressing me since nothing...
