if you’ve read the procedure it does work. It’s very difficult to see the right spots to pry until you find them the first time. The slot is very narrow and suggest these tools.

First time Caddy owner here and MT was the only reason I didn’t choose something else. But, so glad I did. The car is pleasing on so many levels. The transmission is much smoother than I thought it would be and effortless.
It’s more in line with the aesthetics and car personality IMO. The GM implementation on the BW is weak. My AMG had the entire roof black glass and that was pretty cool.
I almost got completely wiped out in my AMG on the interstate. Big rig rear tire exploded like a bomb and shit was flying through the air in all directions. I had to take evasive braking and pull to the shoulder to avoid some serious impact. There was a big enough piece in the air that could...
It’s probably best to only use a dashcam if you’re less an idiot than the majority of idiots on the road. Ask for an honest opinion from someone who knows you well and has a right sized ego that doesn’t prevent an unbiased assessment.
I’m very happy with my 22 5BW. Prefer the dash and front end over the 25-26s. Shadow (awesome), 6-spd, CCB, CF backed seats, no sunroof (a must for me), $102K and added OEM CF1 for $5K. Hard to beat and the best part is sitting in the stands watching the rodeo.
Nice. It counts if you want it to. I tend to think of vintage as broadly around the post modern era. For example I have some 1978 Bose 601 speakers I would call vintage. Same goes for the 1970s Sansui receivers which are worth a small fortune today.
I've had a few of them, although when I owned them they were not exactly vintage. The Camaro was very reliable, and I put a crate engine in it. The best part is no cats. The 69 Vette was a PITA with the 427 Tri-Power. If you don't know what that is, you're lucky. The engine used 100 octane gas...
I don’t see what all the fuss is about, does your car have some damage? The service tech was probably just having sex and doing blow in your car and that wouldn’t be picked up on the PDR anyway.
It’s not that usual, my Dynatrac axles on my Jeep use 9/16 lug nuts and torque spec is 150ft*lb. In the case of the BW I would think the torque spec is in relation to high load conditions on the track.
I would not use Aluminum lug nuts for several reasons, but mainly the much lower tensile strength. Use recommended torque spec so you don’t crash into another forum members car when your wheel comes off.
McGard and call it a day.
