There are always gift cards. My kids have bought me Harbor Freight in the past since I shop there a lot. And Amazon for more generic stuff. They have also given me Omaha Steaks certificates too.
There's been mention in other threads of front plate mount alternatives that connect under the splitter or through the grill that don't drill holes through the bumper. Too late to prevent damage that's already done in your case, but maybe a better look...
I posted pics in this thread: Who Wants the First Corsa CT4-V Blackwing Exhaust System?
I don't know about part numbers for the muffler. They build it all as a system. I think, but I'm not certain, the mufflers are the same 4 BW and 5 BW. If I recall, I think they said the only differences...
This is a good thread for anything CF upgrade. Here is my highlights for the rear spoiler Carbon fiber PN database.
There are other posts too, many for the CT5 but there are similarities.
7. You can use your points on parts or accessories at Cadillac.com. You need to set up your account, and then verify your points are there. It may take a few days to show up. My dealer set me up with the android app before I left the dealership. If you have your points in your account, you can...
If you have any dealer installed parts, check that you get the parts they removed. This includes painted mirror covers if you got the black cover option, V floor mats if you have the premium ones installed. I also had black lug nuts, but they don't seem to give the chrome ones based on other...
After reading this I figured I'd check my '22 4BW. I felt under there and sure enough mine is missing those too, three on each side like the 5BW. Conveniently, I still have over 40 screws left over after adding the factory CF parts.
Corsa Tour Photos Continued...
Valves closed, it's almost silent. Valves open, it can get really rowdy. Either way the sound is good. Our director reports it is somewhat louder on the inside. Carl said that is expected and somewhat due to the active noise cancellation not being as effective...
Our Cadillac V-Club chapter was given a tour of the Corsa facilities on Friday. It was very impressive, and Carl Lemmerman Jr., (Corsa Produce Manager) was a terrific and gracious host. I got many photos on the tour, but I'll try to post here the specific ones for the 4 and 5 Blackwings. Our...
I think it was a mistake using a clay bar and polishing compound on ceramic. I think synthetic clay towels are OK used with lubricant, but not a true clay bar. I have a spray bottle with diluted rinseless wash for the occasional bird dropping. I'm not sure what the best plan is for a stain that...
Carcover.com has been mentioned in another thread. For anyone looking for a car cover, they have a 60% off Labor Day sale, and you can stack a discount code CARSPONSORS for more off. And free shipping. Here's the result in the top Black Satin cover:
They say the offset spacer is optional, and I didn't use it. It's only 2-3 mm different from OEM so you're not going to see a difference, and there are no brake or suspension conflicts. You can email them and they'll give you all the information you need.
No check engine codes yet? Some folks have seen them with the MAF, but it seems to happen in cooler weather so maybe you haven't had those conditions in this summer weather.
I'm using: Apex VS-5RS 18x9" ET30 Wheels & Apex VS-5RS 18x9.5" ET35 Wheels with the stock tires. The fronts are about identical offset, but the rear push out about 1/2" or so, but don't have any clearance issues. The OEM offset is 28 front and 48 rear. The Apex use hub spacers but they are...
They'll have a course map showing where the braking should happen and what gears to use. The hand numbering on my attachment is gears for manual. They also put on the presentation board the gears for auto which use more gears. As others said, you're usually only using 3rd and 4th for manual, and...
