Maybe check with these guys to see if it really is plug and play from the base steering wheel. If it is, the factory wheel may be the same. CUSTOM STEERING WHEEL for CADILLAC CT5 - V BLACKWING 2020+
The 2025 GTI will drop the manual, but the 2025 Jetta GLI still has it. I liked my 2009 GLI. It was almost pure GTI in sedan form for that time period. I think the later ones had less GTI parts, or at least previous gen parts. My BW replaced it.
Yeah, I missed the sunroof too (even though it's listed). The images didn't show it except for one you can see it slightly. I think the card slot would be an indicator for PDR, but I haven't seen one without to verify. I'm guessing it's a solid block-off if it's not there.
I just did a search on cars.com and there are maybe 2 (White & Rift) ones that could meet your criteria. The last one (Rift, autosavy Ft Worth) probably has the PDR because it shows the card slot.

Sounds like a Tapout Blue Belt package would do the trick...
BTW, I've posted some tips on installing the dive planes on a non-CF1 car here Carbon fiber PN database. and Carbon fiber PN database.
Those are the numbers I purchased from GM Parts Giant for the Apex wheels for my winter tires. They are identical to the ones on the stock wheels, and they work automatically with no setup or learning that's noticeable. So can confirm these for the '22 4BW.
They do have them. piranha971 pointed out you have to search for size not vehicle. Ridiculous that the results when searching for the car say "not available in that size"
It's beyond something I would attempt to do, but I watched a youtube video a while back where HumbleMechanic made his own custom harness to adapt an Audi RS3 engine into his Golf R. If the wiring is just damaged by rodents, it probably wouldn't be difficult for a mechanic with wiring knowledge...
He didn't say and is not saying the throttle body is making 90 hp. The oversized Tapout intake/MAF is doing that. Read the link he gave previously as Tapout explains in detail how it works. The ported throttle body probably adds a few more HP but the intake is doing almost all the gains.
I think the discussion you linked was about fake engine noise being used, not ANC. When we toured Corsa I asked how their exhaust worked with ANC, and they did say that ANC would not be as effective because it had different tones than stock. That was specifically discussing the 4 BW.
