Order bank open date 2025 CT5V BW?

I never even singed a document to not resell my '23. You are correct that if you convert it the price is significantly cheaper by about 18k.

Order bank open date 2025 CT5V BW?

For all the Canadians out there, the Build and Price is finally up on Cadillac Canada. I hadn't been to the dealer to confirm pricing changes but the car is now over 7k more expensive. 112k.6k starting vs the 105.3k last year. Or about 22k more expensive than 2022. Options are the same price...

Another reason to dislike giant screens. Apparently going beyond 12 inches of real estate means it's impossible to put a button in. Must be another law of thermodynamics or something.

    I'm a liar

The Vantage was available with a V12 6 speed stick shift in 2012, a bit later the Vantage was refreshed and the V12 came back in 2016 as an automatic only and a horsepower bump. In 2017 they brought the manual back as a 7 speed as a limited run car, I believe only 117 or so were built called...

    I'm a liar

My dream car is the big brother to this. A 2017 V12 Vantage S. NA V12 with a stick paired to one of the best looking sports cars. I wanted to buy the newer Vantage, they came out with a one model year manual transmission and then killed off the stick. I did not want the auto. I wasn't able to...

Owning a low volume production car can have its drawbacks...

Take a look at how long it takes to repair any vehicle. A low volume car is no different from a high volume. The manufacturer orders X amount of parts to fulfill new builds and should also keep a supply for repairs of existing vehicles. The percentage spread is the same, you wouldn't be any...

    Motorcycles, anyone?

I like bikes, I'll never buy one though, way to risky these days. I already shake my head at to many people day to day based on their driving habits, but at least I'm also in a metal box if they decide to hit me. Not so much with a bike. I've been tempted to try one but I also work in...

CT4-V 4BW lurching when entering driveway.

Turn TC off and see if it makes a difference. I'd need to see your driveway, I can't imagine the chassis is causing this unless your driveway looks like the side of a cliff. My driveways are made of maple syrup though so what do I know.

Is the data sharing completely over with?

I email customer relations weekly with all of my new findings from several high class websites so they are getting some data, it might not be what they want but there are a lot of freaks out there so I'm sure its worth something.

    CT4 BW to Dark Horse?

Interesting Ford still does it this way and every other modern manual I've ever driven requires the brake to be depressed.

Multi-topic thread on retirement and second car

The only thing I want to bring to this thread is this: How dare you, I'm 32, retirement age my ass! I bring the average Cadillac ownership age down! In all seriousness if you want a manual track car go pick up a BRZ/Scion/86. RWD, manual, cheap ownership costs, consumables cost nothing. If...

    CT4 BW to Dark Horse?

I'm pretty sure this is a regulation now. All modern manuals have to require the brake pedal. The Bullit and earlier Mustangs might have got around this but I don't think this is a thing anymore, its a safety regulation. If anyone has driven a new S650 you can chime in, but I'm under the...

    CT5-V CT5V Blackwing Winter Storage

That is a battery tender, its just branded. It is safe to leave on the car. I have one along with two others branded for Corvette's.

    CT5-V CT5V Blackwing Winter Storage

Battery tender, and don't start it unless you will drive it. Cover isn't necessary, I always worry about scratching with covers. A little dust isn't going to harm the car. Modern tires don't flat spot f you are really worried you can overinflate the tires a few PSI. Thats it, storing a car for...

    Z06 guys are lucky

I own a C8 Stingray now. Car #16 in 5 years. How long will it last is anyone's guess, mine included. A few of those cars lasted a month.

    Z06 guys are lucky

I owned one, it was awesome. To your point, yes the sound is amazing and it was perfectly tuned. Put your foot down, away you go, no fuss, it was kind of sad, I was used to using a clutch pedal. I will say you are wrong on visibility. Just like any car, you need to adjust tour mirrors properly...

    Michelin PS4S issue

If your mounting new tires, safe bet is to get an alignment done regardless. One of my rear tires blew out on my Z06 (cup 2s) with 2000 miles on the highway, all other tires were fine. Alignment came back ok a well. Suspect I ran over something. Since you bought it used its hard to say what the...

Can you all stop posting typhoon pictures, bunch of bad influences, the lot of you. That typhoon on natural only needs bronze wheels and I'd be sold. Stop tempting me.

    CT4 BW to Dark Horse?

Visibility is overblown, if the Camaro has a rearview camera mirror you will have more visibility then a Mustang. Position your mirrors correctly and with the rear view camera mirror you will have no blind spots and the better driving vehicle.

    CT4 BW to Dark Horse?

Absolutely do not do it. The Dark Horse is basically an inflation adjusted Mach 1 and the only good thing about a Mach 1 is the handling package which this does not have. If you want to move to a pony car I would not suggest a Mustang, unless you can find a nice well used Mach 1 with handling...
