For a while the 2025 Z06s were heavily discounted this summer and you could have got one for close to 15k or more under MSRP for one loaded up with the Z07 package and other goodies. Most of them are gone now and the 2026 ones are coming in. Not much discount on them but with the economy going...

You can’t get the precision package without the cup tires. In fact given how the suspension and traction settings are set up for the cup tires, it might be an iffy ride at speed on the PS4S tires. The C8 Z06 with the Z07 was the same. Only cup tires from the factory

did they put it on a lift then try to grab the wheel and jostle it around to see if they can get it to make the noise? Check the rear cradle bushings and bolts?
