Getting closer! Car made it by train to Milpitas, CA and was unloaded. Waiting for transport to pick it up and bring it to the Dealership. EDD is Monday 7/11. (Side Note: as soon as I read 7/11, my memory cells kicked back to a drinking game from college days: Seven, Eleven or Doubles! LOL!)

Most cars to California come by train - then a carrier takes them from the Rail Yard to dealer.

I'm guessing our "train has left the station" and is making its way westward! Woo Hoo! The "original Class of 3400" is slowly but surely dropping off the tracking sheet as our cars get delivered! Yay for us!

... and items go on and off constraint all the time! By the time your dealer is assigned an allocation, your color may be available! Hang in there!

"The system" doesn't do anything automatically. The dealership has to match your order with an allocation. If something on your order is "on constraint", Order Workbench will flag the items on constraint and the order sits there until the dealership takes the next step. Next Step: The...

Train's Final Destination: California - The Bay Area. However, the train comes across the country following "generally" Highway 80. Makes stops along the way, we've been told.

Dealer says our car is "sitting on a train in Lansing; waiting to fill up with cars and pull out". And now we have an EDD which probably means that train is pulling out soon! Yee Haa!

We've been watching the YouTube videos of the "first reviews" for the 2023 Escalade. This one features an Escalade-V in the Argent Silver color.

Not necessarily ..... our dealer called to tell us our car moved from the Plant to the CNR Rail Yard (4300) and is sitting on the train; waiting for the train to get filled (DELAYED). When the train starts to move, we'll get our EDD. Keep the Faith! Maybe we're on the same train!

As mentioned above, 4300 means your car moved from "Point A" to "Point B". Our dealer called us yesterday to tell us that our 4300 means the car went from the Plant (Point A) via Jack Cooper to the CNR rail yard (Point B) and is now loaded on a train car and waiting for the train to get filled...
