Lol, he was crawling around the car trying to turn the wheel and pressing buttons and was very excited about it. When I tried to take him out he got very upset. I was like "I feel you buddy"
It's here! They're not the greatest pictures and I know you've seen at least a couple of similarly spec'd Blackwings from other members here, but this one is mine!
Thanks for the support, everyone!
Thanks! I really don't see it as a big deal. If it really bothered me I could just buy a new black piece, even though its ridiculously priced at like 180 bucks
I picked up my 4BW today, it's glorious and will post pics when I have the chance.
My first order of business upon picking up the car was to scrape the bottom of the black bumper extensions on my parents' driveway, even though I was really being careful because I didn't know how low it was...
Thank you sir, you da bomb dot com
Edit: You got the full size 80 dollar one? I saw there was a mid-size 50 dollar one, but not sure what that means other than it appeared to have some extra brackets on there or something
I saw the threads but no actual solutions. Agreed on the windshield mount, and I don't even think that's legal in NY. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and drill it once the PPF gets put on, I didn't even care until the salesman mentioned it as an option.
I'm picking up my 4BW tomorrow and my sales guy was nice enough to email me and ask if I wanted them to install the front plate bracket. I hadn't considered it before, and the car is going to get PPF'd in the front so I told him no. Has anyone figured out an acceptable mounting solution for a...
I'm picking mine up on Saturday and dealer sent me a copy of window sticker. There was a restriction parking sensors when I put my order in in February but I think it resolved itself because there's no credit on the sticker. Don't think manuals get reverse auto braking
When I was a slightly younger lad, I had just gotten a new-to-me 2000 Ford Mustang convertible and was puttering around the neighborhood teaching myself to drive stick. This is the song I remember playing in those days, and I always try to inaugurate a new car with it.
The eagle has landed! Just got word and the attached pictures from my dealer. If anyone is waiting on a Blackwing at Sarant, yours might be on there too since he said the transport was all Blackwings even though he's got 60-70 cars sitting in a lot in NJ for the last few weeks.
Unfortunately...
I imagine it's more complicated with twins (I'm a twin myself), we just have two seats, one for my wife's car and one for mine. Personally, I have the Chicco Nextfit Zip Maxx which does not have a small footprint in any sense of the term, but it's like an armored shell and I feel like baby is...
My little guy's nickname is Squishy too! Of course, he's 18 months now so more of a toddler, but he's still my little squisher.
4BW is my own "family car," couldn't swing the 5 but I sat in one and it had so much more space...
Fair point, I was talking to a local place about ppf/ceramic/tints and they said the turnaround shouldn't be more than a few days, so that seems manageable.
Your baby is very squishy btw.
Hm, I don't know the details of his particular situation, but personally I placed a deposit on a car and received a purchase order describing my options (i.e. my specific car) and that the price would be MSRP. Sounds like offer/acceptance/consideration = binding agreement.
On the other hand, I...
