I’ll be out end of next April, 33 years as a fed. I just traded my 991 911 for a 2025 4BW manual so I can have fun on backroads but also get on the highway for a two day drive to my second home in Mn. Can’t carry pets, guitars and amps in a 911, so it had to go. I suggest a Golf R as others...
Floriduh is full of flood cars. I’d never buy one from there, even a new one unless I saw it in person. Even then, they are getting better at masking visible water damage.
I can’t past the tacked on iPad dash and the weird center stack. Granted they are marketing to a younger demographic that grew up with iPads and play stations and such, but it’s just too messed up and disjointed looking to me.
I financed through GM on mine today. Got 6.9 percent for 60 months. Plus I got the rebate so 2k under MSRP on a 2025 on the lot 4 BW manual. I did not buy any add-ons to the dismay of the financial sales woman. Had to tell her three times, no extras.
Like in the case of the 350 failures, Ford never published any data as to why it happened or how many engines got replaced. A few people had two replacements.....I'm betting that Ford was quite happy when the original warranty was up on them, and pretty soon the extended warranties will be gone...
I traded in my 23 4 BW last month with 7k miles for a 991.1 C4S and I got 53k for it. Blue with manual and upgraded seats but no CF. Honestly with fall and winter on the way, if you wait too long they will give you even less. Try selling to Carmax or Carvana.
Get a code reader and see what the faults are. I have one called blue thunder and the dongle plugs into the OBD port and uses Bluetooth to talk to the app on your phone. You can see the fault codes and also clear some of them out. Easy to use and cheap. Or you can spend more and get a more...
Well nine days out just to get him in for an appointment on a brand new car that was over 100k….ill agree with others that’s a bit much. Plus I’d have it taken on a flatbed there and dropped off.
I got offered Dent Protection and other gibberish on the 991.1 C4S I just picked up. Between that stuff and the wheel tire protection plan, it was close to 12k or so add ons. Which I declined all of. When I declined all of it, I made sure to laser eye him so he would not keep trying.
