That swaybar bushing looks damaged. Looks torn to me. That will cause a clunk noise.

Also if you do some hard driving or burnishing, then come to a complete stop and hold on the brakes while they are hot, you will leave a pad deposit on the rotor that's uneven. You need to drive a few miles with no hard brake usage till the rotor cools a bit.

take the rotors off, then sand them down till you remove the pad deposits. Then do the break in procedure again. Fix warped rotors....
