Given that actual tragedy has been avoided (and sincerely, thank goodness your son is OK) I think what we should really be commiserating about is the fact that you now have to live with a pent-up 20-something for 3 weeks who has no ability to leave the house. 🤣

For anyone that's had any rear end damage and gotten photos of it... Any chance you have a picture of the rear of the car with the plastic bumper cover off?

The only downside is that there are four variants of that part. One each for the 4s and 5s, and then they're different for MT vs AT.
So there *IS* a method to it!

I got a call today (one day after contacting Cadillac initially) and the woman on the phone was very nice, confirmed my VIN number, and told me I should be receiving the badges in Nov/Dec time frame via FedEx as well.
