this was always the plan... never owned a cadillac before and didnt want to go spend $100k for a 5bw out of the gate. love everything about the 4bw except the drivetrain so ready to upgrade
to me steering wheel and seats are very important part of the character of the car. if they dont match in fit for purpose for what the car is designed for it takes a lot away from the experience. i found the base seats to be very slushy and soft. depends on your frame i suppose but the upgraded...
not to derail your search but why arent you considering the 4bw as well? my kids arent young for car seats any more but i dont see why they wouldnt fit. i've had all 3 of them back there together and they were comfortable
dont do it! once you go v8 you cant go back. i regret not having just bought the 5bw from the start. itching for my title to come in from dmv so i can trade in my 4bw lol
this happened to my car last year. i eventually cancelled the deposit and moved on after 3 months of waiting. it failed QC paint check apparently and had to go back to the factory. it still never showed up at the dealer so I have no idea what happened to it lol
let me know how they perform. i dont think i've ever experienced pads that dust as much as the 4bw. my bronze wheels within first few hundred miles look near black already lol
