Just confirming: @strohw is correct.

Did you check to make sure the towing/shipping blocks were pulled out of the front springs? My dealer left mine in and it created a suspension noise. Not entirely like what you're hearing, but it's an easy check. Should be readily apparent with a flashlight. No need to remove the wheels...

Virtually impossible. Your biggest constraint is the software in the infotainment display. The CT4V doesn't support it. Supercruise is even harder. The wheels could work though, so at least there's that.
