    Carbon Fiber Cometh

Not in any rush, so if you confirm what you ordered is correct and works when you get yours installed, I'm cool to wait and pay for shipping. Appreciate it.

    Carbon Fiber Cometh

P/N? I was at the dealer today asking about mounting hardware for the front splitter and wheel deflectors. but they weren't able to get any clarification on this. The standard screw is all they had listed and since all the hardware required comes with the part itself, they didn't see it...

What did you do to your Blackwing today?

Wheels and some CF bits... Ruined.

    What's the difference here?

Obviously not an OEM piece, but it's molded off OEM and fits like OEM...

    What's the difference here?

One fits and one doesn't. I kicked out the monies for the Tapout one and have been pretty happy with the product. Here's a pic of each version that I received (They shipped the wrong version originally) and the installed product:

Am I allowed to officially post in here since my loaner is red? :(

    Aftermarket wheels

Nope. Car has been at the dealer for almost 3 weeks now with no ETA on when the parts will be in, so I have not had possession of it to be able to mount them.

    CT4-V My modded CT4-V Blackwing

Unfortunately, no... Car has been in service at the dealership for almost 3 weeks now. Waiting on a backordered part for the cooling system that failed and I can't drive it. It's killing me to not have it and not be able to mount the wheels/tires.

    Aftermarket wheels

Fronts are 19x9.5 +22 and rears are 19x10.5 +45, both have the same face to look even as I could have gone deeper on the fronts. The problem (at least with the CT4-V BW) is the rear caliper and it being as far outward as it is mounted. You honestly can't go very aggressive on the rear wheel. If...

Tapout CT4-V Blackwing Carbon Fiber Intake Test Results

Yeah, it pretty much works as advertised. Better throttle response, more power, breaks the tires loose a lot easier, pulls harder. I liked it, I just didn't want to deal with a CEL at this point. Even though it pulled the CEL, it didn't affect drivability after the car was warmed up... I may at...

Anyone get their Blackwing badge yet? And are you putting it on?

I never called or messaged Cadillac/GM as I didn't really need my badge, but just got this email: Takes me to this page, which isn't prefilled, so anyone else trying to get one still should be able to use it...

They offered a refund for it, yeah. Hasn't been returned yet, but I'm hoping it is for the full amount.

Tapout CT4-V Blackwing Carbon Fiber Intake Test Results

In my case it occurred each time during cold start around 55-65 degrees in my garage when started. With it came a very rough idle during the cold start with my RPM dipping very low to where it felt like the car would stall and then it booted to another map and it kicked the RPMs higher. During...
