Out of curiosity how did she decide to go from a small XT4 all the way up to an Escalade? That is a big size difference.

Do you have the order number from your dealer yet? From there it is going to the cadillac.com website and using the chatbot in the bottom right and typing order status.

I'm guessing mine was all the way back on the carrier. One of the plastic undercarriage covers was also broken on mine that I had them replace.

I had curb rash on all 4 of my wheels when it was delivered. I brought it back and they had a tire and wheel company do some repairs.

I didn't realize I was. The analytical part of my mind is having difficulty understanding the concerns since only a small percentage of cars have an issue. That won't make me change my driving habits. But as you mentioned - to each his own.
