I've started backing mine into my garage every day instead of just during winter storage. I love starting it up and hearing the exhaust reverberate through the garage. Much better than pulling straight in. Gives me a little extra thrill every time I start it up.

It may be that those dealers have a general idea how many allocations they will get for the 25MY and already have orders on hand that will cover those allocations. They may be holdovers from 24MY orders that didn't get picked up by GM and the dealer will convert them 25.
