About a month ago I put a deposit on a CT5-V Blackwing that the salesman told me was in 3400 event code status for a couple weeks. He also said that until it gets a VIN (3800 status) we can't do any paperwork on it. I have $100K burning a hole in my pocket. I just want to sign on the dotted line...
