Not 100% sure if that is Swift or Eibach.

It is the most dialed in setup in my eyes as well. These are 20" SV310R at stock height. This is the same car lowered. Ride height definitely makes a difference. Stock height is not the end of the world, but apples to apples the lowered car has the edge.
