On my 25 4BW, I'm not finding any ACC/switched fuses locations. They all seem to be 12V all the time. Did anyone find a switched fuses location in the fuse box near the driver?
I assume the dealers you've tried to use haven't been helpful. That would be the first option.
Second option would be to remove the carbon seat backs and look for where they're rubbing. Judicious use of adhesive-backed felt in those regions should fix the problem. The skill is in the placement...
Someone who has experience installing these kits took time out of their day to give you their experience, tried to answer your questions, and you (for some reason that eludes me) got upset. I think the reason you keep having a bad experience on forums is closer to home than you might think.

I just picked up my car after being at the detailer for a week and while it started up fine, it's telling me features are reduced to save power. I guess a battery tender is in my future.
Every estimate I was given was off. It's taking around two months for delivery after production. You may be on the shorter end of that being closer. Hopefully it doesn't have to do the truck->train->truck rodeo that most others have to.
Don't kid yourself that piggyback tunes are undetectable. The ECU records all sensor data that is outside of expected norms. If you come in with a drivetrain issue you can be sure they're going to look for signs of impossible acceleration compared to stock and other data that are dead giveaways...
Just a follow up. Still no markup. No pressure on the add-ons. If you have specific instructions for the PDI, they will read and follow them.
They seem to get a decent amount of 5BW allocations, but not a lot of 4BW.
