I'd take apart the whole center console check for loose things then put back together. The shifter too. Since once you dampen it with your hand, it goes away....must be something loose in there...a clip or washer or something. Dealers generally don't want to do things like that, cause it's not...

You might be able to recover the file. I’m not sure if the delete command from the display screen actually deletes the file or just the header of the file. Pop the SD card into your computer and find out.

There is no need to keep the RPM low as possible. In fact, that's bad. Only time I use 6th on my 4BW is if I'm cruising at 100 or more. It's hot and humid here in DC, no AC issues.
