Not sure how about that spray job. You can barely read the Blackwing now. The letters on the plain one are pretty deep. Looks like the paint just pooled up in the lettering there.
Most likely that your car was on lower rack of transport truck and chains hanging down from upper rack were swinging scaping against the paint. Hence the curved pattern. A couple of similar situations posted last year that were attributed to that.
Anyone do the lamin-x tints on their taillights and if so, how did they come out?
Their lamin-x website has the following warning for the CT5 taillights
***ATTENTION, DUE TO THE EXTREME CURVATURE ON THE LENS, THIS PRECUT DOES NOT FULLY COVER THE TAIL LIGHT. PLEASE SEE OUR UNIVERSAL SHEETS...
I had the same thing when I went for a drive yesterday. The tiles only work with some of apps including Google Maps, but not yet for Waze. FWIW, I really like the new tiled screen.
Hopefully this gets resolved before the next class otherwise EV might be the way to go

Great photos. Thanks very much for posting @KatyTxCT5V. Good to know that both have adhered well and even curved. Probably says more about the adhesive tape than the badges themselves. I am torn between the black V with multi-color flag vs. black V with red flag from 0fx2gv for my infrared...
Interestingly here on Long Island, I have only seen two others in the 18 months since the BWs have hit the roads. Interestingly, I've seen just as many Escalade Vs on the road and they have been out for just a few months. Though one owned by a guy around the block from my house. I've seen his...
I would first try either pulling and re-seating the fuse for the camera or do a battery disconnect to reset everything. If that doesn't work, the camera might need to be replaced. I saw a couple of posts last year about rearview mirror cameras having this problem and replacement solved the...
Same here. Two old wood A-frames from my grandfather, wobbly as hell, that I can't part with. Though my real gem is my great-grandfather's ratchet set. He was an aviation mechanic in World War 1, Pretty cool.
Awesome to see that it finally got into the garage. Though a little purge may be in order to increase the space. Though I am digging that wood extension ladder. Assuming that is a family "heirloom" passed down? Don't see those very much these days.
My 2009 Malibu has a standard Bose system and for as basic as it is, the stock head unit has an EQ button which comes up with pre-set equalizer settings of Rock, Jazz, Pop, News, and a few others. Just a couple of presses to select EQ setting for the type of music I am listening. Hard to...
Definitely does look artic. Other photos of the rift cars against the snow make the gray hue of rift stand out a lot more than it does here. But the sticker does say rift. Congrats. Definitely a case of being in the right place at the right time. Enjoy!
That's me but with Conn Anderson Reserve. I have a flight of bottles going back 20 years in my basement. Awesome stuff. Also a Chappellet fanboy which is excellent even in bad vintages.
:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: I completely forgot about the O'Shaugnessy reference in that one. Classic. That skit will never not be funny no matter how many times I watch it.
