    There's no point, really. The stock torque converter instantly flashes to 3,000 rpm, no matter what gear you're in.

    There is no performance benefit to aftermarket BOVs on these cars. We run the factory ones on all our cars, even the Brown Belt ones producing ~ 700 whp.

    Yes, all ATS-Vs, CTS-Vs, CT4-V Blackwings and CT5-V Blackwings with M6 transmission also have the No Lift Shift feature. And it works REALLY well!

    We believe actual Blackwing drivetrain loss is in the 8 to 10% range. The lower number would be for cars with manual transmissions.

    Yes. A proper tune allows us to properly recalibrate the ECM for the aftermarket intake lid, providing OEM idle quality with no DTCs.

    You're right. Pretty much everyone wants the full scale HP Tuners Global B tuning now. We are still working on finalizing the various tunes with our TTM, but now it's going to take longer than originally planned. Sorry!

    There are a lot of CT4-V Blackwings out there without the CF1 and/or CF2 carbon fiber packages. These cars have black plastic front spoiler pieces, one on each side. I believe the CT4 and CT4-V might use the same parts. Will have to verify. Does anyone know what these are called? And who...

    We recommend wrapping the crossover pipe where it goes under the transmission lines. There is no need to wrap on the other side in our opinion.

    Global B is unlocked with HPTuners

    They need to be sent in to be unlocked initially. Once that's done, we can do all the tuning and data scanning via the OBD2 port.

    MVPI2 will not work with Global B vehicles, so you need an MVPI3. And as mentioned above, the data resolution is much better when a USB cable is used.
