I've been in Cali (both South & North) for a very long time and I've never seen 93 at the pump. Normally, 91 is the highest with the rare stations carrying race gas at the pump which is 100 or higher.

A quick story on dealerships being held accountable: I repeatedly told the service department at the Nissan dealership to be careful of my Brembo calipers when removing the wheels. You guessed it. They replaced all 4. Rather than eat it for their own negligence, they replaced them on warranty...
