There's a good chance that they aren't actually warped. There very well could be pad deposits on the rotor. Check the manual for burnishing instructions and see if that doesn't solve the problem.

True but, the LT4 long block is very specific.

You need to get a (the) part number(s) of what they replaced. The LT4 is not just any old 6.2. Seems doubtful that they'd have an LT4 just sitting there.

Run-flats? BWs don't come with run/flats. You'll be downgrading going from the BW specific PS4S, which have a hybrid compound, to the regular PS4S.
