    Spring Mountain Impressions

I left SM at 4:30, drove back with the rental car, filled up with gas, returned it, took shuttle to airport, went through security and was at my gate by 6:50. If I didn't take my time in between, I could have been to the gate by 6:30, and if I left right after class at 4, I probably could have...

    Please help

From looking at used bumpers on ebay, it almost seems like that section is attached to the actual bumper. Yes, I know it may not be from a Blackwing though, but I dont know if they'd change that design/mounting style to a separate piece. Hopefully I'm wrong though...

    Spring Mountain Impressions

Correct. I had asked about cf2 only being that I wasn't sure if the rear lower diffuser was altered in any way from the basic one. Cf1 vs. Non-cf, He said that during acceleration they can notice it and thats all still under 130mph. However, he said the effect would not be noticable in track...

    Tire Sizes Question

I'm also interested in finding a good drag tire. What fits the front, or in a 20" size is irrelevant. I want a drag radial that will fit a stock wheel. The MT ET Street S/S looks nice but the 305/35/19 size is 27.20" diameter. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tpc is 26.30" So only about a .90"...

    Spring Mountain Impressions

Spring mountain was an absolute blast! I just got back today. If you have the opportunity, you need to do it. Even if you never took a car on a track or never plan to race it, still go. You will learn a ton. The instructors are great, the facility is amazing and these car are so much fun. I...

Last night I took my 5bw out of my car capsule cover where its been since around Thanksgiving, did the first oil change, and put on the blackwing emblem.

    Clear Corner Markers? Too Passe?

I got a response from Savage Cadillac in regards to clear markers. They said they'd have them by the end of the year. Hopefully the price is reasonable. In the meantime, I've turned to attempting to fabricate my own. Once I'm satisfied with the outcome, I'll post a whole thread about it. But...

PA / NJ / Northeast cars in 3800 or later

I'd be up for anything more north in NJ. Ive seen a few ads for C&C, but most are down the shore, too far for me. I might as well be Rockland county NY.

    interior panel removal, how to

I did a driver door panel removal post. https://www.cadillacvnet.com/forums/threads/interior-door-panel-removal-and-trim-replacement-ct5.3451/ I believe one of the first radar detector install posts was quite good with a few things.

    Clear Corner Markers? Too Passe?

Yes, the GScreation ones. I wasn't aware of any fitment issues, so now I'm glad I didn't buy them previously for $214. I thought I read somewhere that savage Cadillac was working on a set or something.
