My car is with a company called Accelerated Services now, which would make sense why the Jack Cooper link wasn’t giving me any info either.

And now it looks like it will be at the dealership on Friday with at least one other BW! Just verified with the trucking company that it is on it's way...currently somewhere in Iowa and making good time 👍

    CT5-V Break-in procedure

I'm glad you said it! My break-in philosophy has always been to break it in the way you plan on driving it for the rest of it's life. And since this is a performance car I will be driving it accordingly 👍

    Help me decide

I also vote for buy the black one. As previously said, who knows what future production is going to look like in the current conditions...and changing color is relatively easy (but not cheap) these days. If one of your orders shows up and you still like the blue car better, I can't imagine...

    ....

Maybe it's just me, but you look kinda slow in this picture! I can gladly give you some pointers if you're looking to go faster!? -Paul

Thanks to you too! But considering the car was built a month ago and it's still sitting in Lansing, I'm trying not to get too excited just yet.

First check engine light, manual transmission?

If it were me I'd go get that code reader and reset it...and since you said it was driving okay, I wouldn't be afraid to drive it. Then if the check engine light came back on I'd make my way to the dealership. Either way, I'd rather drive it to the dealership than have Road Side send a tow...

Yeah it's unfortunate that that's a problem some of us are going to have. They're a good group down in Portland though. Hopefully the wait isn't too long for you.

First check engine light, manual transmission?

I forgot to put an "LOL" after that. I hope he doesn't take it the wrong way.

    My Old V2

I've been feeling a little nostalgic lately as I patiently wait for my Blackwing to arrive, and figured I would post up a picture of my last V. This was by far the favorite car I've ever owned, and I hated to see it go. It was "lightly" modified to right at 700rwhp and was still as smooth as...

Welcome! Which dealership are you going through in Seattle?

    Detailing poll

Those prices seem pretty reasonable. If I can’t find someone comparable in Vegas I might be reaching out to them to spend 2650 of my hard earned dollars.

    WONT TAP's CT4-V Blackwing

Hey Scott, it's been a long time... Any chance you did a "test fit" of the stock rears on the front, for those looking to do a square setup on the cars? Thanks! -Paul

    Front Spring Spacers for Towing

Very easy, just need a floor jack.

Mine is still showing at the rail yard in Lansing, but it popped up on the dealerships website today...so hopefully that's a good sign that it's about to move again.

    2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing Colors

Me too! I can be a little indecisive sometimes when it comes to things like this…especially when I’m picking it sight-unseen. Based on all the cars I’ve seen I think I would’ve been happy with any of the colors, but I’ve never gone wrong with white. LOL
