After my call this morning with the lady who said she is waiting for more info from upper management, I did receive a call from the executive referral department (?). They took my home address and told me that the badges will be sent in November or December

So I called this morning… the lady I spoke with told me I did not receive a call back because they still need to get more info from « upper management » before calling back customers…

I will try again. they gave me a case number… so we will see…

So it seems that Cadillac is telling everyone the same thing about the Blackwing badge: thank you for calling, we will call you back… had the same experience too. Anyone got that call back thing?…

Thanks! Tint is 35% on all side and back windows and was done directly at Brossard Cadillac at no cost. They use Protex to do all their cars. Protex is located on Matte Blvd in Brossard. Really like the tint although I would have prefer a 20% tint on the back window. They did a nice job. Will...
