Looks like the UAW strike is hitting parts hard. Half of my seat belt order was cancelled with no ETA. The other half won't be delivered for 3 weeks. I checked a few other dealers and it's the same issue. I called the local Cadillac store to find out what was going on with a power seat module...
GR Corolla Core's go for MSRP or less all day long. 2023 Circuit editions are not too hard to find at MSRP, but you may need to put in a little leg work. Two local dealers waived the ADM when they found out I lived here. Same goes for the 2024 Premium. Morizo will be costly.
It was comfortable and the easiest to get in and out. I can't speak to long term comfort.
I have the high performance seats with the heat/cool/massage. All the features plus the adjustable bolsters are my personal favorite, but the most I sat in any of the seats was 45 minutes.
I think most...
The only measurable difference would be the carbon fiber seats so the car should in theory be slightly lighter unless the sticker package makes up for the weight loss LOL
I brought my car in for its first oil change and I found this broken trim piece sitting on the steering column.
The only thing that they did besides the oil change was inspect an electrical harness for a recently issued TSB.
I drove it to the local Cadillac store for the first oil change since the oil life was showing 0%.
On the way I stopped at the local Acura store to remind them they missed out on an Integra Type-S sale because of the ridiculous $10k of Dealer Add-ons.
It really drew a crowd at both stores...
For the street, I won't miss it.
For the track...we'll see.... There's always Tapout :)
The other option is a CT5 BW when the used prices drop unless I fall in love with the CT4 and decide to keep it.
The previous owner was a car collector and had some trouble with comfort due to his height and the sunroof.
Only 402 miles on the odometer.
It arrived recently to replace my '19 Camaro ZLE 6MT. Great track car but not great for the roads around my home.
I'm 5'11 so hopefully I should be okay...
Every car I've owned that added an Aluminum driveshaft felt a lot more responsive on the throttle than Steel. Carbon Fiber should be lighter and feel better than Aluminum.
@loudmofo Thanks for posting the part number links to the red belts. They were the only option missing from my CT4 BW build that the original owner regretted. Do you have any tips for removal and install?
I found a site that had everything for less than $175 shipped. Hopefully, parts should be...
I agree on several points, especially the engine and manual transmission. The PDK is a blast to drive and it would be fun on the track, but I still prefer three pedals.
Here's the 2017 4S MSRP build sheet. It's crazy how quickly the prices have gone up post Covid. I paid less than MSRP.
Option...
I can't remember the GM Executive, but I recall an interview early in the year where he was questioned about raising prices and he said to expect incentives to be reintroduced toward the end of the year if interest rates remained high.
