Interesting thread.
Not necessarily this situation, but If I was the owner of a car that was abused at a dealership, I would insist on written documentation taking responsibility for the abuse so the owner or future owner has recourse should something fail from the incident.
The price is in the ballpark of retail comps. Carbon Fiber 1 & 2 adds value for enthusiasts but it never shows up as an option when calculating values on '22's.
Very clean car.
GLWS!
I spoke with a couple of dealers this week that have been in the ballpark on estimates. The latest I'm hearing....order bank opens sometime in the Fall and initial deliveries begin late Q1 2025.
I've been looking at new '23 and '24 CT4-V BW's. The '23 leftovers (there are a few) you can get easily get 10-15% off MSRP. Why some stores are holding on to these blows my mind.... For '24's, I was able to get up to 10% off the ridiculously priced special editions or the stripped down models...
What is going on with new car prices? My prediction is end of year sales similar to pre-Covid with 15% off MSRP. If I'm wrong, that's great for residuals :)
@eddyjoe These still have waiting lists? A couple Cadillac stores contacted me to place an immediate order when they received an allocation. I guess it depends on the regional market.
Depending on the Blackwing, Dustin was able to get 10% or more off MSRP if it was on the lot. Pre-Covid I ordered new cars at or slightly above invoice. Just checking to see what everyone is experiencing.
I was about ready to order a car with Dustin at Sewell, but he left the business. Any suggestions on a sales person that will work a good deal? I don't consider MSRP a good deal post Covid :) Thank you.
