I would assume it's possible, but you might be better off getting them wrapped by a company does just that. I'm in the same boat, I ordered them but my dealer forgot to put it on the order, same with the suede headliner and door trim.. I think I'm hosed on those.
Hands down, the best way to detect cops is to monitor vehicles in front of you going around corners and over hills, if you see random brake lights.. there's a cop around that corner.
