@MichaelC it might be worth giving them a call tomorrow. My experience is a little different as I actually went to the dealership & actually met my salesperson back in April while I was in town.
Well I ended up emailing Dustin last Tuesday, never got a response. I decided to call my sales lady today & was instead answered by the GM dealership or something.
Apparently my sales lady left the dealership. So they transferred me to the Dallas sewell & i was connected to the assistant...
& I'm sitting here with Sewell Dallas still waiting. No order number, no allocation, since April. Well I guess now since June 23rd when she said they're moving it to a 2026.
Okay so it's kinda weird when she tells me she doesn't even have an order number? Was told on June 23rd it was going to be updated to a 2026 model year.
Man I put in my 5BW order with Sewell Dallas mid April. got an email last month that it was going to be converted to MY26. today though she says she still has no order number or allocation.
Yeah my Sewell salesperson hasn't responded in like 3 weeks. Sent her an email this weekend & had an out of the office. If she doesn't respond by tomorrow, gonna call & talk to the blackwing king directly.
that's weird that it doesn't close the sunroof.
Hell my 2014 ford fusion will open the vent setting on the sunroof & will fully close the sunroof no matter if it's in vent or fully open with the keyfob.
why would they have skipped this option? like it has come in clutch when needing to close...
