My boss says if I'm getting good gas mileage I'm using it wrong. I have been averaging 17 according to the gauges. Mix of stop & go, short suburb driving, and highway. CT5 V Blackwing 6M. Not bad considering the capabilities.

The manual says to change after every 24 hours of racing/competitive driving, so I would just keep track of your on-track hours and change it once they get to 24.

Changed my differential fluid, as suggested after 1500 miles and prior to track use.

The ATS and CT4 sedans aren't bad in the rear seats. I'm 6ft and I fit well enough, but that's also dependent on how tall the driver and front passenger are. I was actually surprised that it was livable. The ATS coupe however, is truly a 2 seater in size.
