But there’s not a way to set full TC/AH off in v mode is there? It seemed the most aggressive u could get is ptm2. Hence I just leave it my mode and hold down the tc off button for 10 secs every time I get in the car.

I find this really confusing. If i hit the v button twice it goes v then touring. But was in "my" mode first? and if so, how do i get back to "my" mode? BTW, steering on tour or medium is ok. It's godawful in the most sporty setting. It's like they tuned the steering to actively fight you -...

I guess it depends on the angle. Polarized lenses always have one direction where they block out an LCD screen. If you tilt your head 360 degrees your find it. (or maybe easier just rotate your oakleys in front of your face. heh)
