Holy shit bro that's just fucking ridiculous.
I'm crying inside seeing that picture. I miss the car so much. To the point that I'm back looking for something else to get in to.
This car hobby is expensive. haha.
Just FYI about the price (well for a reference point). My 22 (New Owner 22 CT5BW)
Had every option (including the carbon backed seats) but not the suede steering wheel or shifter.
I traded it in on a daily and the Audi dealership only had it on the lot for 3 days and it was gone.
They gave...
I just traded my blackwing because I haven't had a single need for a 4dr car.
Carvana offered me 71k and CarMax offered me 70k.
So I traded it in on another car and the dealership gave me 78k. Almost broke even.
Maybe carvana and CarMax were pricing based on a standard 5V and not the...
Lexus RC350
Nothing exciting. Just something that's good on gas and reliable. It's got the Mark Levinson sound system so at least the stereo is off the chain lol
It's with heavy heart that I had to let the BW go.
Between all the changes with my schedule at work and no real need for a super sedan. I got a good offer on it and moved to something that won't require me to stop at the gas station every other day to fill up.
I'll still come around to...
Dealership might be buying my car from me. I see you're in cali. Let you know what comes out of it. lol.
Just as an FYI, I searched yesterday across the nation and there isn't one for sale with all the options I have. So I'm not sure what you're looking for when it comes to options (besides...
The 4 is still a 4 door sedan I don't need. My girl has a SUV if we need more space for anything.
I have considered the M2 tho. I hear they're great fun cars. Definitely wouldn't be newer as I hate all the digital screens across the entire dash.
I came from an M4 and this CT5VBW is so much better in every way (except MPG LOL). But one thing I've come to realize is that it's a bit TOO much for my daily driving requirements. I also have no need for a 4dr super sedan right now. I'd never go back to BMW M cars as they've lost the mark in...
Damn that's awesome. I bought my car back in Feb with 18k miles on the clock. I'll be crossing 25k today on my way home from work.
Now I need to schedule an oil change haha.
I DD my car and drive about 3hrs a day, mostly highway and that includes sitting in SOCAL traffic. I don't notice any change in the transmission during that driving.
I DO experience a change in clutch/transmission feel when I give the business from stop sign/red lights. The clutch gets much...
My dealership is the only one within an hour of me. I've been there 3 times for service and I've had to wait at least a week to bring my car in. It's just always swamped with people and the service lines always have about 20 cars waiting to get tickets written.
I couldn't imagine hitting a bear. I hit a dear once, almost 3 weeks after I first got my license. That destroyed my car, so I just couldn't imagine hitting a bear lol.
Officially made the BW my daily driver.
Right as my work schedule changes and now I have to drive to the office 4 days a week, 76 miles each way. Go figure.
Oh well... At least I'm having fun doing it.... lol...
I had a chance to grab one but I wasn't sure how the paint would hold up. Looking back now with the fact that I PPF the whole car. I should have grabbed it for the rarity lol.
It's been a year since I retired from the military (24yrs) and have been living and working in Socal. I'm thinking it's time for a change tho. Between the 100+ degree weather and increasing prices to live out here, I think it's time to kick rocks.
My father also lives in Myrtle Beach and he...
