Order bank open date 2025 CT5V BW?

Pretty sure XES is delivery to the dealership.

    In a dilemma… Help.

Something I figured out recently about the 2025 is that the google maps integration requires a valid onstar subscription. I'm sure google maps via apple carplay should still work though. I'm still going for a 2025.

And if you want to search the entire US, set your zip code to 66952, which corresponds to Lebanon, KS (aka the geographic center of the contiguous United States).

    Track rats rejoice!

I've found some anomalies with the Cadillac configurator with respect to the precision package. If I start to configure a 5BW, the MODEL tab has a MSRP of $96990 for the 6-speed. But the SUMMARY tab shows $95595. Starting with build code MOT3GG (most of the options I want but without V8V) I...

Order bank open date 2025 CT5V BW?

Sure I saw the webpage that lists the price. But if you configure a build that has an option without a price, you can't get a build code (it gives an error when you try).

Interesting that there's no pricing for the precision package yet.

    Z06 guys are lucky

I bought my 2007 Z06 new and I plan on keeping it as long as I am still driving. Years ago a buddy had a 2nd gen CTS-V. I got to drive it for a week and fell in love (even though it was an automatic). In 2012 I happened to find out that Spring Mountain was about to start its new V-Performance...

Potential Tremec M6 Reverse Lockout Issue

I have an '07 Z06 (T56) and my reverse lockout solenoid started sticking in the retracted position. But that was north of 80K miles and I wouldn't expect a similar failure of OPs '24 (unless his solenoid is defective).

    CT5-V T-Shirts / Polo's - CT5 Blackwing

I'm pretty happy with this: Cadillac Racing Duval Polo (well except for the price...) It's embroidered instead of heat-transfered.

    Track rats rejoice!

But never an an actual option (with an RPO code) that one could theoretically order. I get (and share) the frustration over unobtainium options (e.g. carbon fiber) but are there really any options ever published in the Cadillac options guide/printbook that have never appeared in built vehicles...

    Track rats rejoice!

So a two month old magazine article is more accurate than a Cadillac publication that came out a couple of days ago. Any theories why Cadillac might put incorrect information in the order guide? And the 305/19 tires aren't available today which definitely means there's no way they could be...

    Track rats rejoice!

Oops! (Hard to find these on the tirerack site but the R version are) $324 more than the 4S (for a set of 4). And not available until December.

    Track rats rejoice!

I compared 4S vs cup 2 pricing on tirerack and the increase for 4 tires is only about $136. Still gonna order V8V...

    Track rats rejoice!

FYI, the September 27th version of the CT5 printbook changes the description of V8V to include Q2Y, 19" pilot sport cup 2 R tires.

    2025 CT5 & CT5-V Blackwing Order Support Guide

I remember reading that you need to be careful when removing/installing wheels because CCB rotors are very easy to break.

It's my understanding that they last > 100K miles. According to this thread they have both minimum thickness and minimum weight stamped on the rotors.
