went to get some coffee pods from storage this AM, found the Blackwing somewhat leaning to one side in the garage
there was a large screw in the outer shoulder on the driver rear tire. Not repairable for sure based on location, totally flat
easy solution was to throw the winter shoes on (PS4...
I picked up a pair in black with red tips. I am thinking about spraying the red parts black so it barely stands out. Something about how bright this red is makes me think I will hate it after a week.
curious as to how intensive installation is -- mine came with no directions but something...
funny that they are interested now. I called those guys every month for two years, then gave up and purchased a full kit elsewhere.
same story with corsa. I will rock my CPD kit until it literally rots off the vehicle
Woah.... I have seen an aluminum pan sweat once before, the guy said it was related to the differing metals cooling at different rates after track use. Probably different than what is being described here
I’ll take some more photos and a clip from the cabin
If you are gonna do this solo on a lift, a pole jack will make install much easier along the mid section (I also had two friends help with lifting/holding the rear assembly into place while I bolted the hangers in on each side)
I did need...
I did 95% of the install on Thursday using a 2 post lift in 2 hours. Install was struggle free until that last v band. Finally got it in solo, but wasn’t happy with the fitment and had a small leak at the driver DP slip joint. So, this morning I had a very trusted exhaust guy drop the system...

Exhaust design and weld quality on my CPD race kit is 10/10. Customer service was better than top notch. Answered all questions and kept me informed during the process. Plenty of options to choose from too. Buy with confidence fellas.
Will post a before and...
