Why I made the move from the ct4 blackwing to my nd3 Miata. Put a 500$ exhaust on it and you can redline on gear changes and still be close to speed limits. Couldn’t do that in my blackwing.
Are you comparing it with a miata or the m2 comp? Lets get that out of the way. This is still a 3800 lb 4 door car, its not going to feel as fun as a 2300 lb 2 seater.

For me the biggest issue with the supra was me hitting my head thrice(On entry and exit) on the extended test drive with carmax. Its a very weird roof/cabin position.
I agree, the red is gorgeous. IMO its the only good miata color. Everything else is a shade of grey.
It was also a little hard to find as its end of the year and not many 24s are around anymore. Found this and jumped on it.

I am looking for something more impractical than the blackwing- Mine sat a lot too especially after wife got the RS3- that was the go to fun family car. So my logic was if I am going to use the blackwing only for true solo fun...
Sold mine for 55k to carmax today. Msrp was 64.5. 7.5k miles.
I think if you keep the options down the ct4 v blackwing holds its value too. 10k down in 2 years ain’t bad at all.
