For up to 3 seconds, but as @Throat Yogurt stated, you have to have the clutch in, and be in first gear, and on a hill. I am not sure what the exact angle is but the car will not do that unless you are on a "hill"

1. why would you want to? (I am pretty sure you can change your launch control RPM, it's in the manual) 2. In the Manual there is a volume knob on the radio that you can press that will turn off the radio
