“As I already stated. I dont give a shit if you watch it, like it etc… ” About that…

I’m good in the world tonight where I am, and you likely, too, where you are, but I do get cranky about this kind of shit when I see it because it does worry me about where it’s going and the danger of people being misled by it when it comes to more important stuff, especially as it becomes...

Damn Panthers! Bad A.I. like this is even more annoying though as there’s already too much of it and there’s only going to be more of it as time goes on. To share it is to encourage it, is my view, but you’re entitled to yours and share/dump more of it here if you like. For the time we’re living...

Deal is it’s inaccurate A.I. generated crap without a human being even taking ten seconds to fact-check the content. I’d rather support human beings making content. A.I.-assisted is fine. But this video isn’t that, it’s A.I. crap. Can’t you see that?

This content makes so many factual mistakes I respectfully ask that this post be deleted in protest to the proliferation of so much A.I.-generated garbage like this in new media. Nearly gagged when the robot stated that the Blackwing was the last manual offered in 2005.

What were your must have options?

Interesting how many here, including me, opted for a slicktop. Wonder if Rob has up to date stats on that?

Am I the only one here interested in vintage vehicles?

New school vintage, my driving around the city go-cart:

Would you replace a Lotus Elise with a 4BW?

No. I love them both, and they’re both great fun to drive in their own way, but if it ever came down to a Sophie’s Choice decision between my 93 MR2 and my CT5 BW, I would choose to keep the old MR2, a car not unlike an Elise. Sorry to everyone here.

    Lug nut torque question

You’re the only one looking at your own nuts so just use the stock lug nuts already. Another first world problem solved. 😜

When Do You Change Your Oil?

Me too. If it is good enough for the fantastic engineers at GM who designed the engine and the bean counters at the company who figure out the cost of warranty repairs, it's good enough for me. To do more than that, in my opinion and without meaning disrespect to anyone, is kind of OCD.

What did you do to your Blackwing today?

    Wings, but not black, alas!

    Am I crazy?

I can relate to the original post and to this suggestion, my own zip around town car being a lightly-modded MR2 Turbo, with the BW assigned to highway driving and touring duties (“power, speed and comfort”).

    Buying a pre-owned high MSRP 2024 CT5VBW or a new 2025 model?

The source? What source? Regarding your quote, the article it is in is entitled as follows: GM Explains Why 6.2L V8 L87 Engine Recall Doesn’t Apply To 2019, 2020 Vehicles So, if you’ll excuse my turning the volume up  with block caps, but I’m hoping it brings this nonsense to an end...

    Buying a pre-owned high MSRP 2024 CT5VBW or a new 2025 model?

Looks like you’re trying to turn up the volume of Truckeetaurus’s baseless allegations. Oh yeah, wait… :giggle:

    Buying a pre-owned high MSRP 2024 CT5VBW or a new 2025 model?

Um, if you’re right, aren’t you doing the same thing as the ‘25s have exactly the same engine? Seems like you’re not just serving dinner but eating with everyone else. That is, if we’re eating anything at all, and I don’t think we are.

CT5-V Leather Seat Bolsters Looking Worn but Brand New

Looks pretty normal for me, others here (including me) have posted “worse”. In quotes as I think this is, as ai put it before, just the natural beauty of the leather. If it were “perfect” it could be mistaken for vinyl.

    Buying a pre-owned high MSRP 2024 CT5VBW or a new 2025 model?

None of these is tanking in value but that’s highly speculative of course!

    Buying a pre-owned high MSRP 2024 CT5VBW or a new 2025 model?

A.I. messes up again. The 6.2 in the trucks is NOT an LT4, it’s an L87. Just because your cousin has herpes doesn’t mean you do, too. Unless you’re doing unnatural things with her. My own experience when I’ve brought my Blackwings in for an oil change is that everyone at the dealership...
