I ordered a 5 and it’s on my window sticker for the $50 credit for a later dealer retrofit.

I ordered the same. I went with deepbluechrome.com for mine. My only issue is that they take a long time to deliver. Apparently, they order OEM, and carbon fiber them.

Is the “preliminary buyer’s order sheet” the same as the initial form that they gave you to verify your order (has the order detail number B or Z)? Or is it a form with the price, TTL?
