The install description for those is throwing me off! The Ebay listing says it installs with double sided tape. Is this the exact same Ebay listing that you purchased yours from?
Make sure you reach out to your dealer about the retro-fit if you want it done quicker. My dealer said they still had to order the parts now that the retro-fit is available. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get them in.

Do you have rev match on ever? I kinda remember my car doing this every once in a while and I think it might have something to do with the software in the car thinking you’re going down a gear. I’ve had it do it even with rev match off.
