Your totally right on about milage on most cars. As far as road audit the team mebers doing their job take it very seriously, not to mention how many eyes are on these cars. I wouldnt worry.
Quality audits cars on road every so often (just like most quality checks once in a while you pull a sample and measure/recheck etc). You cant check everything without driving car. Also, did the milage come off the truck before dealer PDI or?
The new calioers are same size as CTs-V or the non carbon CT5-V Blackwing. A LOT more brake in rear in the Ct4-V Blackwing than ATS-V. Larger od (329mm to 340mm), thicker rotor 26 to 28mm i believe and no drun in hat so no drun on inside of rotor, very smooth hat for great airflow and cooling...
I would suggest social media streams first and maybe work through V club to summarize requests to Cadillac. I ll ask team as well on if there is any plans to release something.

Narrower tire on stock rim doesnt impact caliper clearance so should be good as long as similar rims. However, please make sure you clean out the snow from inside the wheels and dont let it sit overnight and let it freeze. It will freeze around calipers and you will have a giant block of ice...
The pirellis are good 255 front 265 rear both /35 for the 4 for example is all We saw on tire rack last year. Any brand is good as long as width not bigger than stock AND OD not larger. I always ran narrower winters on my DDs for better traction but also more room for all that snow build up.
