When I was at spring mountain, they were beating the hell out of the manual CT5 BWs for 8000 miles of hard shifts and launched. Couple stalls isn’t going to do a thing. If your car battery dies on a car with this much tech, no push on 2nd gear is going to start it.

Just for fun, I put my CT5 BW with 5 miles, manual with mid tier seats couple months back. Got a I’m stumped message. Sent them a note and got back s quote at $90K. I ended up trading the car in for what I bought it for for a custom built spec and the dealer sold it within 2 days $5k above...

Under 2k it’s as tame as a civic ha!

Maybe I should have stared at the moving cars a bit more. Was too focused on not driving off the course.

My CT5BW is my first manual. I was worried a bit initially but driving it hasn’t been bad. Also SM helped me see how much the car can be pushed that I won’t be accidentally burning out or spinning the car if I shifted it wrong.

Since I traded in my first blackwing which I had parked from Dec to May for my 2nd BW, I get two schools! Randomly it all worked out. Heading back out there in 2024.

I have had two BWs and can attest the finish quality of one vs another was night and day. Maybe if everything looks ok, then take the tranny repair

Just right after start. I heard about the 10 min. I’ll monitor my new 5BW and see. Only has 55 miles on it so haven’t been able to see.

I took my new 5BW to get wrapped. The owner of shop used to have a 4BW and he mentioned that his used to shut off randomly right after startup. He also noticed it randomly on mine. Has anyone heard of these random shut offs?

Goat pen is now down to 2-3 month wait if you can find an allocation.
