Hi all!
Has anyone chanced their front seats from the base seats to the mid level alacantra backed sport seats? Does the BCM need to be updated/flashed?
Assuming the seat has modules do these need to be changed?
I have heard people going from the mid level sport seats to the base seats for...
The throttle body connection on the side has to be bent kind of awkward to get it to fit. It may have pulled a wire out.
Not sure if they changed the connectors on your particular one but mine had to be modified slightly to get it to plug in. Im willing to bet the issue resides there.
How hard is this to do? Do you plan on removing the bumper? Also do you have to change the idler pulley??
I really want to do this, but literally cant find any info.
Thanks in advance,
Jordan
I’m seeing 14 but just close to redline. Usually around 12-13. I have the brisk two step colder plugs from Tapout with their belt they recommend. Trying to find a 9.17 lower then After the tune I THINK THINK I’m going to call it.
I plan on slapping mine on tomorrow !
Ready to bring the noise ! Also was up way too late last night and ordered a heat exchanger and expansion tank smh.
Yea even with the mods I have My car doesn't like to pull in 6th at all. Maybe after the tune it will just get it over the hump. Your pull past 165 decent?
Sorry for the thread jack
This is one terrible situation. When it happened he sent me the photos and it literally made my stomach hurt. I personally would have been furious, he kept his cool far better than I would have that is for sure. Also wild the Valet company wont share their insurance with him or provide a rental...
Granted I have done it 5-6 times now. But honestly save the money and you will get it done in less than 2 hours with basic basic tools. Hardest part is jacking up the front lol.
I had my rotor resurfaced. Honestly hard to find a shop the rotors will fit on, but they have been fine since switching from stock pads. I run HPS 5.0 on the street and DTC70/60s for the track.
Would love for everybody to email Girodisc so they can see the demand. DBA would be good to email as...
I have been running a LMP billet lid. I like it changed the whine a bit.
Really need to get my ecu tuned to really pickup power with all the mods I have currently.
Not sure if these are still on sale, but these looked like a legit option as well and a way to keep the factory tips.

How much WHP do you think is possible before fuel runs out? Also were you guys able to adjust the timing on Alex car? I imagine 24-25 degress @ redline would net a decent amount of power compared to the 21 degrees I'm seeing right now.
Make sure you take off the inside shields on all 4 corners, the rear has two on each side.
Also be sure to install the rear brake deflectors.
lastly would strongly recommended at least getting an alignment half way from the street setup and track setup at the bare minimum. My first couple...
lol that is mighty aggressive ! Take a picture of the front pads part number when you get them please. They didn't have DTC 60s front available when I get mine.
Also be sure to ceramic coat your wheels if they aren't already. I kind of always laughed when people complained about dust, I get it...
