I forgot - someone from Cadillac Customer Care called me last week and she asked me to email her copies of the labor and parts invoices to see what she could do (no promises).
I was travelling all week (I told her that) and just sent them off today.

Ive been to Casa (ordered the car there) and am going to the new Caddy of Calabasas because it is closer to me. Both were just fine for me - no issues at all. Calabasas even gave me a Liriq as a loaner car when they were replacing my sunroof. Sean is the SM.
Ended up ordering from Costco today, should be here in 7 to 10 days then I'll schedule installation.
Interesting that the fronts are at the wear bars but the rears are not quite to the bars, guess that means I'll need to "even them out" before the new ones come in....heh heh.

Got the glass (re) installed yesterday. Labor was $550 because the tech wanted to drop the headliner slightly to make sure he got all of the glass out.
Glass $200, Labor $550 plus I have the Tech a $40 tip = $790 if anyone is keeping score.

V-Club/Hooked on Driving (HOD) open track day
