I don’t know how but my dealer offered me their 120 but I declined. The options aren’t really changing much if at all to my knowledge. He just based it off of my ‘22 build and said that they could submit it for the ‘23.

I did the same thing with an M5 Comp. It was 6 months from placing the order to delivery. Still waiting for my BW order to get accepted.
